RETURN, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY

We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in undamaged condition. Please peruse our return policy for your understanding.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

If you have received a damaged or broken product.

Product must be returned with the original packaging,including the tags, shipping label (pasted on the packet ) invoice etc.

Product should be unused and in the original condition.

Company has a no cash refund policy- however offer exchange of products.

A video of damaged product and the box should be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): In the event that an order is placed under our cash on delivery service, our team at Rabyana will promptly reach out to the customer for approval prior to shipment over a call as well as e-mail. It is imperative to note that once an order is approved, it cannot be cancelled. Additionally, please be informed that all cash on delivery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through Shiprocket for orders across India.

We offer free shipping for all orders in India. International shipping is chargeable, as per the destination and shipment dimensions.
The products are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
The products are delivered within 5-7 days.
Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognised Wallet & UPI options.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
On all international orders, shipping rates will be directly communicated to the customer.
Shipping Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
