Yes, we offer exclusive pricing and discounts on bulk, corporate, and wedding gifting orders.

At the moment, we do not offer customised gift packaging. All orders are shipped in our standard
safe and secure packaging to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping within India is free. International shipping is chargeable based on location and shipment
size.

Our standard delivery timeline is 8–10 business days

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost.

We request that you record an unboxing video each time you open your package. If the product arrives damaged or broken, the unboxing video will make you eligible for a return or replacement.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note: Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, and if cancellation isrequested, it will be charged at 100% of the order value.

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with you on WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You may also track your order on our website.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, NEFT/IMPS, Paytm, PhonePe, and also offer COD.

Every product is backed by a lifetime warranty, valid only for manufacturing defects (eligible for free replacement).
Accidental or customer-caused damage can be replaced at 50% of the product value.

We ship via Shiprocket across India.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Moradabad, whereas textiles are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon.
